hi Guys

I am new here,

Now the problem, Vectra C 2.0 Turbo Z20NET from 2008. 129kw

ECU: AC Stag QBox Basic
Injector Rail: AC Stag W02 BFC
Evaporator: Tomasetto AT13 Antarctic Super

Since the installation I have a slight jerking while standing on gas. From the exhaust I hear over and over again puff-puff noises.

On gasoline, it is silky soft.

Was several times by my mechanic who build the LPG installation, it has set again and again, but it was not better. Have then the NGK spark plugs (which are already 50tkm in it, 120k would be interwall) against Denso ik20TT exchanged. Did not get better either. The mechanic says he can not do anything anymore.

Today I have worried the stag diagnostic cable times to check the maps and settings. Here The Screenshots with the Maps from my mechanic:

But then I made these maps to drive, t's a little better, but not ideal (little rough, and puffing sounds from the exhaust):

I do not know how big the jets are, but think they are too small, right? Can I just drill it up?

Record please osciloscope files. Start application, connect with the car, start engine on idle 1minute, then on switch the gas , wait 1min , go on test drive 1st pertol 2-3km normal drive 3-4 times accelerate full throttle , then do it this same on gas. At the end press red button on osciloscope window, it will generate the file, upload it here in forum.

My injector nozzles are 2,5mm. I think its too smal for an 4cil engine with 175PS

This data shows , that everything looks fine with instalation , can You check the the ignition coil for this desribed behaviours , if possible borrow one single coil, exchange it one by by one cylinder to see any diffrencess.

I already tried to change the coil from 1. To 3. Cylinder (which i know that makes missfires). And it belongs on the 3. Cylinder = the coil is OK

I drilled the injectors to 2.8mm, and i think the idle is much better, and the multiplicator is lower (from 1.4 to 1.1)

Try to spray manifold using burning chemicals , if You will spray it and will see any differences it can be small manifold leakage that occurs misfires.

Ok i will try it.

I see that the pipes from the injectors to the intake are not the same lenght. 1. and 2. Cylinder are about 10-15cm. 3. and 4. Are about 20cm. Is this OK?

And should i drill the injectors to 3mm?

Unacceptable - length differences between the pipes can be max. 5% , so Your pipes needs to be fixed.

Yes, its true but this will not fix the problem with the topic. It's best to replace injector rail to single injectors.

I have changed the pipes, now all 4 have a lenght of exactly 20cm. But i have the same vibrations and sometimes puffing from the exhaust.

i saw tha the PS04 sensor is about 50cm from the Rail. Is this OK? like painted in the attached picture

Is ok, but should be as close as possible to injector rail. 20cm is long...This will not fix the problem. Please read private message.

Ive drilled te injektors to 3mm, and have the same missfires on Cylinder 3 (i read the missfires count on Torque App and ELM OBD)

The Multiplikator is now lower, i think in normal Range. The idle is a little better, but how i say the Missfires (puffing from the exhaust) still exist. Only on Idle, and ONLY on LPG

Can You measure compression pressure on all 4 cylinders ?

It is better to try to seal the damaged cylinder. Set the piston to TDC and connect the compressed air in place of the spark plug. Check the damage to the valves.
